Noah Jraige ยท for LeadVon

How I'd run a LeadVon seat

Your targeting, your list skill, your copy and your playbook, sent from my own domains and inboxes. LeadVon pays nothing for the setup. I'm paid when a meeting is attended.

Who does what, every day

Your "perfect day", step by step. Everything above the line is mine.

  1. Morning

Run your skill to build today's list

Your selected companies, with the decision maker already found.

    Me
  2. Morning

Check every address again before loading

Each one through MillionVerifier. Only "Valid" goes in. A bounce hurts the domains every campaign runs on, so I check even when your skill already has.

    Me
  3. Morning

Load it into Instantly with your copy

Your first emails and follow-ups, word for word.

    Me
  4. Midday

Handle the first reply with your playbook

Confirm the interest, qualify the fit, make sure the person is real and relevant.

    Me
  5. Afternoon

Book the meeting and hand over the thread

On your team's calendar, only once the four checks below are met.

    Me
  6. LeadVon takes over here
  7. The meeting, the negotiation, the close

I never take a sales call or chase a payment.

    LeadVon
  8. Evening

Dashboard shows the meeting as attended

That's the only thing I'm paid for.

    LeadVon
Every evening: check which meetings were attended, check inbox health, queue tomorrow's sends.

How I keep it landing in the inbox

Warmup scores said every inbox was fine. A test with real copy said one domain wasn't. So I test with real copy.

Old domainSpamPulled the same day

Sent to a Google Workspace inbox. Microsoft inboxes get the same test before they send.

  1. Verified addresses only. Catch-alls stay out. A test batch of them bounced badly, so they never go in.
  2. A slow daily cap. No more than 20 a day from any one inbox.
  3. Nothing that looks like marketing. Plain text, no tracking pixels, no links in the first email.
  4. Tests with live copy. A domain that fails stops sending that day.

RepliesSample replies, made up

Only the first kind reaches your team.

When I hand over

  • The right person: the decision maker on your list, or the one they named.
  • Real interest, in their own words.
  • A fit by your playbook's questions.
  • A time agreed with your team.

All four, then the thread is yours. Anything less stays with me. Your playbook's rules come first where they differ.

The numbers you asked for

From my own campaigns, with my own lists and copy.

Experience Since Aug 2026

Sending at volume from my own setup since late September.

Infrastructure 6 domains, 18 inboxes

9 Google inboxes sending now. 9 Microsoft 365 inboxes warming, sending from mid-November. 120 a day now, 240 at peak.

Bounce and placement 1.1% bounce rate

Across all my campaigns. Every address is verified before it's loaded.

Live-copy tests land in the inbox. A domain that failed one was pulled the same day.

Best campaign 3% reply rate
